I have spend an hour trying to edit and add/delete contacts to my account.  Why is this sooooo difficult???

I have folowed the advice in the forum and it does not help...I do not have an options window under my name on my account!!!

Please give m a step by step explanation of how to edit my contacts list.  THANK YOU.  Why did this get changed????
