It's been over two weeks since my email account was hacked, password changed, alternative email and cell number changed so unable to send security code to, in fact the alternative email is .....@nowhere.com which goes to prove it's bogus! ....yet after
repeated attempts with the verify form I get the same response back that my account can't be validated...I have had the account for over ten years and have no idea what the secret question is anymore...I have provided my dob. I can provide ID and computer
IP address but as there is no email or phone support it is useless and I am lost on what else to do...Please don't suggest filling out forms to change password or verify ownership as I have tried repeatedly and then get locked out for 24 hrs after too many
attempts.
This is so frustrating for account owners and so easy for hackers!!!
