For the last 48 hours I have not been able to send or receive emails to my hotmail account.  However, I can sign in and see my account.  I attempted to recover my account because I thought that was the problem, but got this message "Our server is having a problem. We're working to fix it as soon as we can, so try again in a few minutes.".  I then cleaned out my folders and sent folder because I thought maybe I was using too much space.  This has done nothing.  I've tried multiple browsers and devices and constantly cleaned cache and still nothing.  What is going on??!!! Please help?!!
