When this so-called restructuring is done, will my Outlook account work again! I have not been able to receive emails for a week and this is a serious issue.
I also have found no one with answers, all I get is that Outlook is working properly. Well, its not! Since the last update, I have not received a single email, and people that are sending me emails get them bounced back. I have tried everything that I have found on this forum from checking my settings to tying 3 different operating systems with no results so it is a Microsoft Problem.
I really need this fixed.
