I can log in to my outlook account, I can reply & forward, but I cannot open the email itself.  When I click reply or forward this is the only way I can see what was in that email.  But I still cannot view the attachment.  When I click o the email it is as if I haven't clicked at all, like I am hovering over it.  It just doesnt seem to be recognising me clicking on it.  Is anyone able to help please as I run a business from this account?
