I use this hotmail account only for my xbox live. Recently, there were issues accessing xbox live and my son tried to log into the account to no avail. I also tried myself, answered the question (birthplace of my mother) and I am told to fill out a form. Because I do not send e-mails, create folders and what not to this account, I cannot give answers that will give me back access to my hotmail account.
