Hi all--

This question has been asked a few times, but my details are slightly different, so I am posting it again (so sorry about this!)

Here is my issue.  When outlook.com debuted, I signed up both of my parents for accounts.  They had not used the accounts in some time, but had definitely logged into them after I signed them up.  When attempting to log in, the message they got was that the accounts did not exist (and NOT an incorrect password error), but when trying to sign up for the accounts again, I was told that the user names were unavailable.

I would appreciate any help trying to regain access to these accounts.  I have all of the information and security question answers.

Note: I was just able to recreate ONE of the accounts, but not the other.

Ok, so still, any help would be appreciated, as would any information about the other one that I *was* able to recreate.
