my mum is trying to get back into her email because lots of our devices had her mail on so now hotmail thinks 'someone else' is using it when its just on different devices.
she has an option to put in a code thats given to her alternative email but that is deactivated and she cant access it.
there is no other way to get her to be able to go into it again!
Is there any other way that she could send this code to MY email address?
PLEASE ANSWER AND HELP ASAP
