I needed to reset my Skydrive syncing since it was hung up, so I uninstalled Skydrive on my Win 7 64 bit computer.

Then I went to apps.live.com to reacquire the skydrive desktop app.

I click on the Download the Desktop App button and get a "You're Not connected to the Internet" error at:

http://view.atdmt.com/action/SkyDrive_Download_Win_7_Vista

I tried both IE and Firefox and get the same problem. Can anyone check the site or help me?
