Hello, I am having a problem creating my boss email account in custom domain.live.com. It says "That account name is not allowed for use with this service". The username is *** Email address is removed for privacy ***. The word "****" means "blessing" in Thai language. Please help resolve the problem. Thank you. Best Regards,
