I cannot close my hotmail account and need to do so asap.. I have been trying for some time now to close my hotmail account and i'm in an endless loop here.  when i go to to the account closing page i click on close account  Closing your Microsoft account deletes all the data associated with it. Close account after i give in  my password  To close this account, verify that it's yours Email ... Password  ...   after that i get this   Close your Microsoft account Top of Form To close (Removed) You need to cancel any paid services or Microsoft Points account associated with your Microsoft account. You need to deactivate your Hotmail account. Once you've done that, your Microsoft account will be closed automatically after a period of inactivity.  when i go to the second option i go automatically go to the billing services, where nothing is active. no subscriptions on nothing.  PLEASE HELP
