Please I have been transferred to 4 different customer service agents over the course of 2 weeks.  I am trying to close the account *** Email address is removed for privacy *** and I keep recieving errors.   I have managed to change the password for the hacker to not access however now when I go to close the account (Settings --> Close Account) after entering the password and then clicking next it says I need to 'deactivate'.  When I click on that link it says 'Sorry, there seems to be problems with Outlook right now'.  It has been this way for too long for a company like Microsoft.

Please help me close this account I haven't used it in 4 years.
