I cannot add a specific account to Members Account of Live Domains

Hi,

I have created many accounts on a custom domain (Live Domains), but there is one account that I'm getting this error:
"The requested account name is already in use or was used in the past and has not been through the required waiting period to re-use."

 I would like to know what can I do in this case?
