For the past few weeks, I haven't been able to sign into my account. When I try to sign in, this is what it shows. I can't "sign out" because I am not even signed in, and when I click on the link, it directs me back to the log in page. I also don't have a different organization email: the one I'm trying to log in to is the organization's email. 

You're currently signed in with a Microsoft account as *** Email address is removed for privacy ***, but that account can't be used with Outlook Web App. Please sign out of your Microsoft account, then sign in to Outlook Web App with the account you use to read your organization's email. Click here to sign out. Learn more
