Hello my name is Karen Silva, and I'm a problem with my Hotmail account, and i really do need this email account. I have been trying to log into it but i receive a message saying someone might have access to it.  This is my everyday use account it is really important and all my information is in there and i really need it.  Also this account is so old and i have never had a problem with it. I had it saved in my phone which literally i just receive emails daily but recently I kept getting  pop ups saying my password was wrong which I thought it was a problem in my phone I deleted it from my phone and tried it again and it doesn't let me anymore.  Now i try to log in from my computer &i receive a message telling me that someone has access to my email account and that i must provide the system with verification.  I cannot even access my security question and the email that sends the code to I don't recognize it since it is so old and i have never had any problems with.  Now I'm trying to access it by doing the questionnaire but it is not working Microsoft tells me it is unfortunate, but i really need help.  I would really appreciate it if i can get any type of help to access this once again. ,
