I have an outlook email account and it has been brought to my attention that although I am able to send emails successfully my contacts are unable to respond. The email reply gets returned to sender. It seems like my email address is coming up as my old hotmail account, which is no longer active. I have tried to remove all associations with my old hotmail account but it doesn't seem to do anything. Can anyone help?
