I see a lot of people with the same issue and have tried many of the same solutions that have been listed on various posts with no success.  All platforms have been affected, phone, laptop, etc. 

I set up the account on 9/20 and it downloaded about 200 messages and then just randomly stopped.  All emails that should have been downloaded at that time, did, just no future emails.  I made no changes to the settings other than the "alias" but had received emails after that change, now I get nothing.  I still get the emails to my windows live set up, but not outlook.com
