The incoming email service for my MSN.com email account on my Mac has stopped working.  I can send, but cannot receive emails.  A second email address on our computer, another MSN.com address, can send AND receive; but mine can only send.

The Connection Doctor shows that mail is able to connect to the Internet.  All other diagnostic tests show the system is connected. Can you help?  And fast?  Thanks much.
