I can not view the code that microsoft is sending to hotmail account . I need that email to be sent to another account. I need live chat please.

My emails from Microsoft outlook.com is not showing up in my Hotmail account.  I can not receive the code that I need to provide for security to access my accounts.  I need live chat please
