hello, I am a gamer, and as any gamer knows, your characters are saved to an email account. So i am coming back to a game, with an email I had. And the game is under new management so you need to re register. So I cant log in to my live account, and the email to send a recovery code has been changed. Keep in mind that I made this account almost 6 years ago. It was a bare bones account, just a name, password, and my main email at the time. Now the recovery email is some fl*****@gmx.com Sounds sketchy to me, I've never heard of gmx. So password recovery does not work. and there is no way to contact microsoft. Does anyone have a suggestion that would put my old email content to a new account, or a way to change the recovery account info. This is incredibly unneeded frustration please help!
