I have had my hotmail email account for many years but have not really used the account in the last year. I am desperatly trying to sign in to access emails and photos but it is not allowing me to do so and states "the account does not excist"!!! I have tried to call customer services in which i was placed in a queue for over 30 minutes to then be told they could not assist me and i must post my question on line :-(
Please can somebody help me with my issue as i desperatly need to access my account.
