problem with windows live mail     since I had work done on my pc  I can't get mail in my inbox   I can still read all my contacts and other things like deleted items and other things but new mail won't load.  have contacted Microsoft and tried to log in but they say my email address is not registered  so they gave me a temporary one and said I should contact you and you would help me get back to the live mail account that I have been using for a long time   I need to get back as I have a lot of information that I can't retrieve otherwise.    if there wasn't an account?  how would I be able to see the page with all my contacts and also able to post mail, at least I think I can post as I see the option  just haven't  tried yet.    I probably am confusing you as I am totally confused myself    I am a novice when it comes to computers and if you think you can help me  you will probably have to show me step by step.  Thank you    help   help   help
