I am a common user of Bing and Bing rewards. I am favorable of the reward program but a persistent issue causes me to contact them many times, 7 in total I believe. Every time I order a reward that contains a code, such as a Xbox gold membership or a one-day movie rental, I never get the e-mail. However, if I order something like a sweepstakes entry, I receive the e-mail almost instantly. I always check my spam folder but it is not in there either. 

A Bing staff member suggested that I post a question on this page for assistance with this problem.
