Original title: Photo Gallery

I am running Windows 8.1

I can not edit my pictures. A "pop up" appears when I select: edit, organize, share . . .  It states:

Photo Gallery can't find a folder.

The following folder couldn't be found: C:
\Users\Jack\Desktop\Pictures scanned from albums.

This folder might have been deleted, moved to another location or is on a storage device that isn't connected to this computer.

I think I have deleted it.

How do I reinstall it. I have tried to repair Windows Essential 2012, but it stated everything is OK.
