OT: Windows live mail.

Had some computer issues.  Had to wipe and reinstall.  Everything works great EXCEPT that I can no longer send or reply to e-mails within Windows live mail.  Was on the phone/remote with Microsoft for over 6 hours and no fix.  Can anyone help
