I was trying to change my primary alias to one of my current alias' or something similar, (this is before i saw in the forums that you need to delete the alias first). When i decided to do one that was similar i typed it into the wrong box (labelled use
existing email address) as a result it changed my primary address to an address that doesn't yet exist but was in the category of existing from the option.
As a result i tried logging in and it took me to a page saying please verify, so i clicked the only option which was to send an email to the address i had typed in (but doesn't exist) and i can't use my other alias' to log in and view my emails. When i
log in it takes me back to the same page about waiting on my verification, but since that address doesn't exist i can't log in and verify with it hence i'm stuck unable to view any of my emails.
I've tried using online support, spoke to someone called Zack, whom to be honest seemed like an automated machine if anything whom tried things like try and sign in, even though i'd explained signing in to reach my emails was the problem. Phoning didn't
help either as none of the options to press numbers for helped at all and i wasn't put through to anyone it simply ended call.
I also tried to use the change primary email address to existing on one of my existing yahoo email accounts but even after doing the verification email i was still stuck at the same problem where i was still stuck at the acoutn settings page with no options
to access my emails.
Any ideas on how to either revert things back to how they were a few hours ago or gain access to my emails so i can do the verification?
