Hi,

I have had this Skype Name for ages and it alwasy worked. Now it has stopped and I am going crazy trying to get it going again.

I mainly use it as a Chat Messenger.

I can get into my account at the Skype website and all seesm fine there.

On the Desktop Skype Panel when I try it says it ..

doesn't recognise the sign-in details.

I have the website account open on one screen so I know what I am entering is correct.. Name and Password.

When I send a Chat from another device and Skype Name I see it in my Website Account but can't get into the Desktop to see it there in the Chat area.

What can I do to get into it so I can us the Messenger Chat?
