I have added calendars I want to see in outlook 2011, it goes through ok but nothing appears in the list to view them, they add ok in office web app and work under windows with outlook 2010/13 it just will not work on the MAC

I have followed all instructions but still nothing appears what is wrong with the MAC?

it is running office 2011 14.5.2
