While trying to troubleshoot my offline gmail account for Mac, I just decided to try starting everything over from scratch. 

However, when I deleted my gmail account initially, and re-added it, it never popped back up on the left column showing my folder. It looks as though I didn't even have the gmail account configured. However, now I've deleted all my accounts, deleted my "Microsoft User Data" folder in my Documents folder, and restarted Outlook. Now that I have added both accounts again, neither one of them even show up in the left column. 

Can someone please tell me how to like reset Outlook back to its default, original, first-time user settings? This is a pain in the **** and makes no sense.
