I asked a question on August 18, 2013 about an automatic “Sorry…” message. I received a stock answer that did not explain why I get a “problem with Outlook” message EVERY TIME I open e-mail.

I continue to receive the "sorry..." and "problem with outlook" messages every time I open e-mail. I have complained before, and now I want an answer.

How do I get that?
