I am using Windows live moviemaker in Windows 10. There is no option on the toolbar to insert narration. How do I insert narration? in my video?

I am using Windows 10. I am trying to insert narration in the windows live moviemaker. The toolbar includes Webcam and Insert music, but does not show an icon to click to insert narration. How do I insert narration?
