I can not sign in to my Microsoft email account.  I have forgotten my password and the details I punched in for a reset were not accurate enough for resetting my password.  So Microsoft asked me to sign up for a new account. which I did with the expectation that I could retrieve or add the old email account which is very important to me.  Now I am still unable to sign in using my laptop BUT I can still get access to my old email account using my mobile phone.  How can I get into my emails from a laptop and no password? help needed
