I am unable to retrieve my email under *** Email address is removed for privacy ***, my operating system is windows 7. I am told I cannot get tech support for this.

Please see question sent above, we have not heard back from any support people. We had to have our hard drive replaced and need to access our old Windows Live email account. How do we do that ? Please respond ASAP  Thank you
