I am able to receive my emails from Bt Yahoo and think the problem stopping them coming to windows live mail happened at the same time as I was resetting my btyahoo login password details.I have had this problem before and bt were able to do something with my settings on computer but are no longer prepared to help as they say it is a windows issue. can anyone let me know what I need to do to sort it again pls?
