Ever since the switchover to Outlook I've been dogged with problems attempting to login and access my emails online. The issue arises especially with the request for a code upon login, which is never sent to me either via SMS or email (that said, I've
had to open a temporary account to be able to send this message to your 'Microsoft Support Community' and I miraculously got a code via SMS from the UK which enabled me to write this now).
Is there anyway of facilitating and/or eliminating the process of the 'code' request?
I have resorted to changing my password each time I attempt to login but to no avail. It's been 2 months that I haven't been able to access my account online and starting to worry that my hotmail account (which I've been using for the past 15 years) may
be eventually blocked...
