I have deselected the option to allow edit and require sign in. I tested this in a third party email and upon receipt, I am still able to view all of my private information in my outlook account. The only way this is not visible is if I completely close out my outlook after sending it. This option requires one to sign in to the outlook to view anything beyond the skydrive folder.
