I was forced to change my password due to the 72 day change, which I never selected, and I have no intention of changing my password. I changed it to allow me access to my account and went to change my password back but was give then error "Please choose
a password that you haven't used before. To help protect your account, you need to choose a new password every time you reset it." I scowered your support looking for a representative which after much effort I found and he told me that it was a force reset
due to the 72 days and that I should post here to get help from someone who might have the ability to let me use my old password.
So my issue is 2 fold. 1 I want to reset my password to a password I used in the past. 2 I want to turn off these automatic password changes that I never signed up for in the first place.
