I am trying to add a new Sky email address into my Windows Live account.  I have got all the correct ports etc and entered the 16 digit special password that Sky have issued but it is not being recognised.  Can you help me please.  I really like Windows LiveMail so would like to continue using it.  Not very keen on Outlook!
