You have gone too complicated. Searches and notes and books I read used other mediums that are much faster and easy to use. This computer came with Windows 8. I hated it because when I try to install something different you guys bug in and destroy what I want to do. Chrome cannot be. Outlook complicated and uncomfortable to use. Million had gone away from you; Bing sucks.   You interrupt downloads from other servers. Internet Explorer is another one that sucks. Xbox another one too; I just not into any of what you have to offer; Could you, would you let the competition in?  What is worse we want to share our phones movies and photos and they go useless in your applications so why buy your products if you are not consumer friendly?
