Hello, I am getting quite frustrated because it has been a very long time since I was able to access my hotmail account. I have tried basically everything in my power to try and regain access to my account, but nothing seems to work.
I have filled out the questionaire several times and only to be disappointed by being rejected via e-mail by an automated program.
It is true that  I can't remember some of the information that the form insists I must, but I created that account some time ago and I never thought I would be subject to this in the future when I did.
I did not create any specific folders with any special names. So, I couldn't fill out that part of the form
I entered my security question's answer... which apparently was wrong to my surprise.
I just want my account back and to be able to access important emails!!
