i am not receiving emails to my hotmail account

I can still send , but over 2 days I have not received a single email !

I have checked my settings - although I have changed nothing so there should be no problem ! 

I changed my password yesterday just in case !

Getting really fed up now ....... , also it would not let me post  forum either 

---- finally managed to do that !
