Hi there,

I am not receiving any e-mails sent to my Hotmail account. I have checked the junk folder and it's empty. I use outlook connector, iphone, ipad and outlook website on my laptop and none of these devices are getting anything. I have tried sending mysef an e-mail and it shows up in the sent folder but is not coming into the inbox. I have also tried e-mailing myself from another e-mail address. The e-mail sends but does not come though to my inbox. Is anyone else having the same problem?
