I am losing business because my e-mail has not received anything--no junk, no subscriptions, no ANYTHING--since October 30.
I have tried the entire list you have posted several times to the people who have the same problem.
Let me say that again: the PEOPLE WHO HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM. Think about that for a second. Roll it around in your head. Now what does that mean? Allow me to help: it means it is not an individual problem with my, or anyone else's e-mail. That means it
is a SYSTEM WIDE PROBLEM WITH OUTLOOK YOU ARE NOT ACKNOWLEDGING.
Don't post a list of trouble shooting tasks. I have done them. I have checked all my filters (which never changed from what they have been set at for the decade I have had this account). It is not my account. It is a SYSTEM WIDE PROBLEM WITH OUTLOOK YOU
ARE NOT ACKNOWLEDGING.

FIX THE PROBLEM. IT IS YOUR JOB. THE INTERACTION OF SENDING AND RECEIVING MAIL IS THE SOLE PURPOSE OF OUTLOOK.COM. If you are not going to do it, pack it in and we'll all buy Apples. However, if you would like to keep the business of millions of people,
than take a minute, sit down, and fix the SYSTEM WIDE PROBLEM WITH OUTLOOK YOU ARE NOT ACKNOWLEDGING.
