Certain emails sometimes appear in my inbox however they seem to delete themselves after me receiving them. However some emails seem to remain in my inbox. It is only certain types of email which has word documents attached that this is happening with. Also sometimes when i am informed by senders that they have sent me an email, when i log in to my inbox it does not seem to have been received. How can i resolve this issue?
