I keep writing to say that I cannot open the private messages and yet Microsoft just keep sending them to me. I am following all instructions but the messages are not opening. Just tell me how to retrieve the lost emails or this is even possible. By the way, I never created  2, it just appeared. I am also over being sent messages that I cannot reply to. I want to SPEAK to someone, is there a number I can call to discuss this issue?
