Originally microsoft locked my account for security reasons, I was asked to fill out a security form, which since I don't really send emails from this account, I couldn't fill out enough information and it was denied. When I tryed to get help over the phone they started a case report which told me to reset my password, which sent me to the same security form which i filled out earlier. Ive called microsoft many times and have gotten alot of different answers, from basically too bad, make a new account, to this situation will be resolved in 48 hours. I finally got a person to send me here after 3 weeks of trying to recover this account. I need this account. I'm in the military and currently on leave and in order to contact my new command I need this account, and in order to get hold of the property I had the military move for me, it has to be this account. I cannot lose this email account. please help
