I am simply copying my first question as the thread has been locked so I cannot reply to say that what I have been advised to do is not possible.
The email reset link is coming up as a blank email into my o2 account so cannot even reset it that way. I cannot remember my passowrd and cannot get in the account so need a reset link sent to another email account that is linked with this or an alternative?
Please help as I am so utterly fed up and stressed out with this matter!

I am also having this problem of not being able to access my account after trying to sign in and getting my password wrong!
Having done that annoying form over and over again I am not getting anywhere and have, like other people, important emails in my account that I need to access.
Please can you tell me of another way to gain access to my account as this is so frustrating for me!
I can tell you exactly what folders I have, what email addresses that are stored, what devices i have used to access this account etc etc, please sort this out asap!
