I have been asked to verify my account by Microsoft in order to recover my account, but unfortunately I could not pass the verification process. When I have opened the account I was student in the Netherlands and it was mid-ninety. I live now in the UK. I have filled all the information i could memorize, I fill the recent emails I have received from the company I work for such as daily Statements, emails I have received from my wife almost between six to a year ago, but still I could not pass the verification. I have tried several times but unfortunately I have received an email from Microsoft account unmonitored Automated Email advising me to create new email account. I tried to contact microsoft customer service to help me in order to prove that I am the owner of this account, even to provide a copy of my document if necessary. I could not get help and I have been told that there is no number to communicate because the hotmail account that I am using is free microsoft account.

I have been using my account more then decade and now I have lost all my contacts, all my my reports, even my CV was there. contact details of my dissertation supervisor, Business contacts and it is too late for me to create new account. I feel like my whole life is destroyed. I even feel hopeless that Microsoft team telling me that they can not retrieve my account. I can prove that I am the owner of this account by providing my documents and even ask my family to tell emails and subjects they have sent me.

I am asking for help, please and please I really want my hotmail account to be retrieved asap. I need someone to contact and provide any prove of my identity. Please help asap.
