I am having a problem with the narration and webcam video features on Movie Maker. Not really the same, but can't find for the life of me where to ask my own question.

Well my problem is that the narration and webcam video recording features are not on my Movie Maker. I have the latest build, could use them previously, and when I first open Movie Maker I can see them but they than disappear once it fully loads.
