I am getting onto my e-mail site but can not open in box messages or do really anything on it. Is this problem anything to do with hotmail being over ridden by outlook.

Like above, I can get into my e-mail site but everything is frozen up. Can not access new in box message or anything. Could this be based on the demand to change over to outlook.
